Our client delivers Wireless, OSP fiber, and ISP structured cabling solutions for Cloud, Hyperscale, and AI data centers. You’ll recruit the engineers, project leaders, and field teams who design and install the infrastructure powering these mission-critical environments.
This is a hands-on, field-connected role partnering directly with hiring managers, engineers, and project teams. Your success will depend on strong skills in sourcing (finding specialized talent), filtering (identifying the right technical fit), and closing (bringing candidates across the finish line).
This is a full-time, onsite position in Tyson's Corner supporting a collaborative delivery-driven recruiting team.

- Superintendents & Field Construction Leaders
- Technicians, Apprentices, Comm Techs
- Foremen & Field Supervisors
- Installers (CAT5/6/6A, fiber, data center)
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Background in telecom, construction, low-voltage, or field-based engineering roles
- Experience hiring for structured cabling and infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with TIA/EIA and BICSI (strong plus)
- Ability to build pipelines for high-demand technical roles
- OFCCP-compliant recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills across digital, social, events, and referrals
- Comfortable partnering directly with project teams and field leadership
- Willing to travel up to 30% to job sites and client locations
