Senior Technical Services Manager (MEP) Data Centre London Docklands£85,000 £95,000 + Package | Full-Time | Site-Based (MondayFriday)We are working with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality data centre projects across London.Due to continued growth in their data centre portfolio, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager (MEP) to lead the technical delivery of complex MEP systems on a flagship project in London Docklands.This is a site-based role (5 days a week) and candidates must be commutable to site no rotation or accommodation is provided.This is a key position within the delivery team, responsible for driving MEP design, coordination, and technical excellence from early design through to commissioning and handover.You will act as the technical lead on-site, ensuring all systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.The RoleLead MEP design development, technical reviews, and coordinationManage BIM coordination and interface with design teamsSupport tendering, procurement, and subcontractor selectionOversee delivery of mechanical and/or electrical systemsAct as the escalation point for technical and coordination issuesDrive quality, compliance, and cost efficiency across MEP packagesWork closely with project management, engineering, and commissioning teamsSupport testing, commissioning, and handover of systemsChampion health & safety and best practice on-siteAbout YouDegree qualified in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering10+ years experience in MEP / Building Services deliveryMinimum 3+ years working on data centre or mission-critical projectsStrong track record of delivering projects from design through to completionExperience with BIM coordination and technical managementCommercially aware with strong problem-solving abilityAble to work autonomously in a site-based leadership roleStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWhats on Offer£85,000 £95,000 salaryFull benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile London data centre projectsLong-term pipeline of secured workStable, growing contractor with strong reputationClear progression within the technical / MEP leadership pathwayTPBN1_UKTJ
