Infrastructure Server Migration Engineer – Separation Programme \n Location: London | Hybrid (2–3 days on-site)\n Contract: 6 months initially \n I’m partnering with a global enterprise brand seeking an experienced Infrastructure Migration Engineer to play a pivotal role in a large-scale M&A separation project. This is an opportunity to get hands-on with complex server, cloud, and data centre migrations within a hybrid environment. \n\n You’ll be responsi ble for end-to-end migration delivery across Windows and Linux platforms planning, executing, and validating secure transitions to new infrastructure.

Working alongside cloud, security, and network teams, you’ll ensure smooth cutovers, compliance alignment, and minimal downtime across each migration wave. \n\n Lead and execute server migrations (physical, virtual, and cloud-based). \n Deploy and support Azure Arc, Defender for Cloud, and hybrid management tools.

\n Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016–2022) and/or Linux administration. \n Knowledge of networking, , and security fundamentals. \n Proven experience in M&A separations, infrastructure carve-outs, or data centre migrations.

\n Bonus Points For \n Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator \n CompTIA Security+, ITIL v4, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or Kubernetes certification
