Tridium Service Engineer
Location: UK
Type: Permanent or Long-Term Contract
Edison Smart are supporting a data centre specialist in the UK with the hire of a Tridium Service Engineer to strengthen their BMS maintenance capability across critical infrastructure sites.
This position sits within a small, established service team responsible for maintaining uptime across secure, high-availability environments. The focus is firmly on service, support and reactive maintenance rather than commissioning or project delivery.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of Tridium / Niagara-based BMS systems, ensuring critical plant and HVAC systems operate reliably within live environments.
The role includes:
- Delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive fault finding and diagnostics across BMS and associated plant
- System modifications and optimisation within Niagara frameworks
- Participation in an on-call rota supporting operational sites
- Working closely with site operations and facilities teams
This is suited to engineers who enjoy troubleshooting, fault resolution and keeping systems stable, rather than delivering new-build projects.

There may also be occasional international servicing exposure depending on project requirements.
About You
We are looking to speak with engineers who:
- Have strong hands-on experience with Tridium / Niagara platforms
- Come from a BMS service and maintenance background
- Are comfortable working in critical environments
- Are happy to participate in a structured call-out rota
- Hold a full UK driving licence
