The Service Sales Representative will be responsible for the expansion and management of our service portfolio within hyperscale data centers. This role is responsible for promoting, proposing, and closing service contracts—including preventive and risk-based maintenance, extended warranties, modernization/retrofit solutions, and emergency response—for mission-critical electrical distribution equipment such as switchboards, power distribution units (PDUs), static transfer switches (STS), and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new service opportunities with hyperscale data centers, colocation providers, EPCs, and OEM partners.
  • Promote service contracts (Standard, Select, Premium tiers) and extended warranty programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with data center operators, facility managers, and procurement teams.
  • Understand customer operating models and risk tolerance to tailor proposals (e.g., risk-based maintenance vs. traditional PM).
  • Partner with the Sales team to align pursuit strategies, coordinate account coverage, and execute joint customer engagements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM/ERP system (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Serve as a key point of contact for all departments on Service offers, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field () or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution, critical power, or data center services.
  • Proven record selling service contracts or aftermarket solutions into hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of switchgear, PDUs, UPS, or related low-voltage power distribution equipment.
  • Familiarity with NFPA 70E, NETA standards, and data center operational best practices a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60-70% as required.
