Job Title: Shift Technician\nSalary: Up to £56,000 DOE\nShift Pattern: Continetal days and nights\nEssential Qualifications: Electrical Bias, Data centre/Critical site experience\nDesirable Qualifications: HVAP MUST (Either expired or in date)\nTypical Duties Relating to Role: PPMs, maintenance, switching, generators\nWhen are you interviewing and what is the interview process? Two stages, teams and onsite\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnsure that routine PPM’s are carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and asset lists.\nAll Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems.\nMake sure all work is carried out to a high standard and to industry practices.\nThis role requires a HV qualification and the individual must obtain Authorised Person status to meet contract requirements.\nEnsure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.\nThese reactive calls to also include concessionary stores and fabric related items.\nThe individual must work in a safe manner at all times and escalate any incidents or Hazards as soon as reasonably practicable to your line manager.\nEnsure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times. Escalate any concerns or issues to your Shift Manager.\nEnsure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works.
