Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Site Coordinator for immediate hire in Reno, Nevada.

Long-term opportunity supporting a large-scale data center project overseeing multiple buildings with strong growth potential.

· PAY: $28–$33/hr. (based upon experience)

· HOURS: Expected shifts will be 8-hour days starting at 6:30 AM

· SCHEDULE: Expected work will be Monday–Friday; approximately 40+ hours/week

· START DATE: ASAP

· DURATION: This is anticipated to be a long-term (1+ year) temp-to-hire position

Site Coordinator Job Description:

Provide day-to-day coordination and support across a multi-building data center jobsite. This role focuses on assisting field operations, managing logistics, organizing manpower, and maintaining documentation to ensure project efficiency and progress.

Qualifications for Site Coordinator:

· Experience supporting field operations, logistics, scheduling, and coordination

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Ability to manage documentation, reporting, and subcontractor coordination

· OSHA 30 (OSHA 10 required to access site)

· Must have valid driver’s license and last 4 of SSN for site access

· Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE

· Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, walking, coordination of jobsite activities, and working in an active construction environment

Additional Requirements for Site Coordinator:

· Must be eligible to work in the United States

· Must have reliable transportation to the job site

· Depending on assignment, applicants may be subject to pre-employment drug screen and background screening
