Site Foreman – Major Aviation Project | Gatwick Airport\n\nLocation: Gatwick Airport\nSalary: £60,000+ DOE (Permanent) or Day Rate Considered\nStart Date: Immediate\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Site Foreman to join one of Ireland and the UK's most respected construction contractors on a major long-term project at Gatwick Airport.\n\nOur client is a leading international building contractor with a reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the aviation, commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, data centre, and infrastructure sectors. Operating for over a century, they have built a strong track record for quality, safety, innovation, and repeat business with some of the world's most recognised organisations.\n\nDue to continued growth and a substantial pipeline of secured work, they are seeking a hands-on Site Foreman to support site operations and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of works within a live airport environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.\n\n * Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site.\n\n * Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.\n\n * Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance with health & safety procedures.\n\n * Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers, and client representatives.\n\n * Assist with planning and sequencing of works to minimise disruption within a live operational environment.\n\n * Maintain accurate site records and reporting.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Foreman on large-scale construction projects.\n\n * Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site management procedures.\n\n * Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors.\n\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills.\n\n * Ability to work within demanding programmes and live operational environments.\n\n * Aviation, infrastructure, commercial, or major project experience would be advantageous.\n\n * SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications .\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\n * Permanent salary package of £60,000+ depending on experience.\n\n * Alternatively, a competitive day rate will be considered for the right candidate ( option).\n\n * Opportunity to work on a prestigious, high-profile aviation project.\n\n * Long-term pipeline of secured work with a financially strong contractor.\n\n * Excellent career progression and development opportunities.\n\n * Collaborative and professional project environment.\n\nIf you're an experienced Site Foreman looking for your next challenge on a flagship project, we'd like to hear from you
