Site Foreman / Lead Technician – Global Cloud & Data Centers (GCDC)
  Direct Hire Opportunity
Seeking a Site Foreman / Lead Technician with experience in security integration, low-voltage systems, and data center environments for a direct hire opportunity with our client in El Paso, TX.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k. Salary is between $85,000 – $105,000 per year, based on experience.
In this role, you will oversee field installation, coordination, and commissioning of complex security and network systems within a high-tech global data center environment. You will lead field teams, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and work closely with project managers and general contractors to deliver mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate daily field operations and subcontractor activities to achieve safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs) to plan and execute project tasks.
• Oversee and assist with installation of access control, video surveillance, and network systems (Layer 2/3 switches, media converters, Software House boards, power supplies, biometric readers, etc.).
• Perform and document QA/QC inspections, Level II and III commissioning, and support third-party testing and validation.
• Maintain accurate field reports, pre-task plans, and look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with site-specific safety requirements and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve site challenges and drive project success.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Site Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar role in security integration or data center environments.
• Strong working knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and network infrastructure systems.
• Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and labeling standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and G-Suite tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Relevant low-voltage or manufacturer certifications (Amag, Lenel, C-Cure, Genetec, etc.) .
