Essential Skillset:

5+ years' experience delivering electrical engineering projects within the power, renewables, industrial or utilities sector
Experience supervising HV/LV electrical installation works on substations, BESS, solar, data centre or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of electrical installation, cable containment, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear and transformer installation
Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on programme and to a high standard
Support commissioning and energisation activities, ensuring all electrical systems are ready for handover
Ensure all work complies with HSE requirements, site procedures and relevant electrical standards
Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively resolve site issues
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and installation documentation
Liaise effectively with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, clients and other site stakeholders
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and manage multiple site activities simultaneously
