As a Site Project Manager IV, you will lead field-level execution of complex construction projects, managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of accountability on site, translating project plans into daily execution and keeping stakeholders aligned from the ground up. This role is for someone who develops the people working on their projects as deliberately as they manage a job site.
Responsibilities
- Own field-level accountability for site safety, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and vendors to meet daily and milestone targets.
- Manage project schedules and surface risks before they become delays.
- Track progress against baseline plans and report performance to program leadership.
- Lead site meetings, design reviews, and post-project debriefs.
- Document scope changes, contract modifications, and field deviations.
- Mentor and develop project staff and field team members.
- Support business development through RFP responses, budgets, and SOW coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years managing construction projects in field environments.
- Experience coordinating multi-trade subcontractors and managing site crews.
- Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software.
- Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable to safety and quality standards.
- Experience with contracts, Statements of Work, and budget management.
- Background in automation, robotics, or heavy equipment deployment a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain in a stationary position at a computer workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment continuously.
- Ability to communicate and exchange information in person, via phone, and through electronic means.
- Ability to traverse office, lab, data center, and field environments as required.
- Ability to work in active outdoor construction environments and navigate uneven terrain.
- Ability to comply with site-specific PPE and safety requirements.
- Ability to travel 10-25% between project sites and ASI offices.
