Site Safety Manager

Omaha, NE (On-site)

We’re looking for a Site Safety Manager for an active data center project supporting a utilities contractor. This is an immediate need.

What the role looks like:

• Daily site walks, audits, and hazard identification
• Running orientations and toolbox talks
• Monitoring high-risk work (electrical, LOTO, heights, etc.)
• Working directly with PMs, subcontractors, and field crews
• Leading incident follow-up and maintaining documentation

What we’re looking for:

• CHST (or equivalent experience)
• Data center / mission-critical construction experience
• OSHA 30 (construction)
• Strong field presence—someone who can operate independently and hold the line on-site

This is a 1-year project based in Omaha.
