Site/Senior Engineer

Job Description

We are keen to speak to a candidate with engineering experience that is keen to work towards a Site Manager/Agent role. The candidate can be operating as a Site/Senior Engineer and looking to take the next step, or someone operating as a manager who doesn't mind setting out.

The candidate must have SSSTS as a minimum, SMSTS . Along with valid CSCS and First Aid. Training will be provided for other necessary tickets.

The majority of the works will be in the Argyll area, with a possibility of travel to the Central Belt. The client is looking for someone to start in August, however this can be delayed for the right candidate.

Access Roads

Working Pads

Pylon Foundations

Forestry Bridges

BESS

Substation Works

Overhead Pole Construction

Underground Cabling

Data Centres

Marine Works - Piers/Slipways

Pumped Hydro Storage

MOD Civils Packages

Quarries. 

Duties:

Setting Out

Client Liaison

Quality Control

Quarry Surveying to ensure planning/regulation compliance

Volumetrics

Stockpile volumes

Reserve calculations

Overburden Strip

Yield Calculations

Salary is dependent on experience, which does include a van. All surveying equipment will be provided.
