At Lead Mission Critical, we specialize in connecting elite skilled trades talent with high-stakes projects across mission critical sectors. As a Recruiter & Account Manager, you'll wear multiple hats: recruiter, relationship-builder, business developer, and trusted advisor.

What You'll Do

Recruit, interview, and place skilled trades professionals in roles that match their strengths and career goals.

Build deep, lasting relationships with clients in mission critical sectors (think: data centers, healthcare, manufacturing, and beyond).

Manage full-cycle recruiting and account management—owning both the talent and client side of the relationship.

Drive new business and expand existing accounts with a solutions-focused mindset.

Travel regionally to client sites and job fairs; balance in-office, remote, and face-to-face meetings.

Use tools like Excel, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms to stay organized and ahead of the game.
