- Syndicated senior and second lien facilities

Beyond leveraged finance, the team is also active in infrastructure and real estate finance, restructuring and asset-backed financings. Working closely with colleagues across US, Europe and Asia, the team delivers fully integrated cross-border solutions. With few transactions being purely domestic, strong transaction management and coordination skills are essential.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Advising on market-leading, cross-border leveraged finance transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commitment papers, loan agreements and intercreditor documentation
- Working alongside high yield teams on integrated financing structures (e.g. bridge-to-bond)
- Managing transactions and liaising with international stakeholders
- Building client relationships and supporting business development efforts.
You will benefit from early client exposure and will work closely with partners who are committed to your development and long-term career progression.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ PQE (up to Counsel level)
- Experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, or related areas
- Strong understanding of leveraged capital structures and loan products
- Confidence leading drafting and negotiations
- Solid grounding in English law security
- Experience in infrastructure finance is advantageous, but not essential.
Why Apply?
- Work on high-profile, complex cross-border transactions
- Join a collaborative, high-performance team
- Gain exposure to a broad and diverse finance practice
- Clear progression opportunities within a globally integrated platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance lawyer to take the next step in their career within a top-tier international practice.
