The ideal candidate has a strong background in regulatory compliance, security frameworks, and cross-functional coordination.Join us and you will be part of a fast-growing community of like-minded experts to grow and learn alongside you in your career.What you will do Regulatory Compliance ManagementOwn and maintain the organization's compliance posture against key regulations (e.g., NIS2, DORA, Telecom Security Act, GDPR)Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into internal policies, controls, and proceduresDevelop and maintain a regulatory compliance framework and mapping to internal controlsCompliance Monitoring & ReportingDesign and manage compliance tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and KPIsProduce regular compliance reports for senior management, regulators, and internal stakeholdersEnsure timely identification and escalation of compliance gaps and risksSupport regulatory submissions and notifications where requiredRegulatory Change ManagementContinuously monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, and industry standardsAssess impact of new or updated regulations on the organizationCoordinate implementation of necessary changes across security, IT, and business teamsStakeholder EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for regulatory compliance topicsCollaborate with Legal, Risk, IT, and Security teams to ensure alignmentProvide guidance to control owners on regulatory expectations and compliance requirementsAudit & Assurance SupportSupport internal and external audits related to regulatory complianceMaintain documentation and evidence required to demonstrate complianceTrack and support remediation of audit findings and regulatory gapsWhat we're looking for Must haves:Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Law, Risk Management, or related field4-7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, GRC, or information securityStrong understanding of at least two of the following:NIS2 DirectiveDORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)Telecom Security regulations (e.g., telecom security acts)GDPR and related data protection frameworksStrong regulatory interpretation and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, especially for reportingAbility to translate legal/regulatory into technical and operational requirementsStrong organizational and stakeholder management skillsProactive mindset with high attention to detailMight haves:Professional certifications such as:CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISAISO 27001 Lead Implementer/AuditorExperience working with regulators or in regulated industries (e.g., telecom, financial services, critical infrastructure)Familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream)Experience with control frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBITWhat we offer you: Looking to make a mark?At Colt, you'll make a difference.
