Sprinkler Project Manager\n\nLocation: Central London (Commercial & Data Centre Projects)\n Company: Tier 1 Engineering Contractor (£80m Annual Turnover)\n Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Travel Expenses + Bonus\n\nOverview\n\nA Tier 1 engineering contractor turning over £80 million per year is looking to appoint an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to deliver projects across Central London within the commercial and data centre sectors.\n\nThe sprinkler division is already delivering £8 million annually, with a strong secured pipeline and clear growth plans over the coming years. This is an opportunity to join a stable, well-backed business with consistent project flow and long-term prospects.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will take full responsibility for the delivery of sprinkler packages from pre-construction through to completion.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nManaging sprinkler installation projects across commercial and data centre schemes\n\nCoordinating subcontractors, engineers and specialist suppliers\n\nOverseeing programme, quality and health & safety compliance\n\nReviewing technical drawings, specifications and design information\n\nMonitoring project costs, variations and reporting\n\nWorking closely with clients, consultants and internal teams\n\nSupporting commissioning, testing and final handover\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Sprinkler Project Manager (or Senior Engineer ready to step up)\n\nStrong understanding of sprinkler system design, installation and commissioning\n\nExperience delivering commercial and/or data centre projects\n\nGood commercial awareness and cost control experience\n\nAbility to manage programme and multiple stakeholders\n\nConfident communicator with client-facing experience\n\nPackage\n\n£75,000 - £85,000 basic salary\n\nTravel expenses covered\n\nPerformance-related bonus\n\nPension and benefits\n\nLong-term progression within a Tier 1 engineering contractor\n\nStrong pipeline of secured work\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Sprinkler Project Manager looking to join a financially strong contractor delivering high-value projects in Central London.\n\nIf you'd like more information or would like to be considered, please get in touch
