Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a talented Automation Engineer to join our Client's dynamic team.
Job at a glance:

• This is a long-term contract, with an initial term through 2026, planned for extension and/or permanent placement
• Pay rate is $44-$48/hr W2 + eligible to sign up for benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) on day 1
• Hybrid position, onsite 3 days/wk and remote 2 days/wk. Can sit at Client location in any of the following cities: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX, Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, core hours 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (flexibility required for team meetings outside EST)
• Seeking candidates experienced with: Ansible, Terraform, Windows, Linux, PowerShell, and Python

Overview
We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join the Provisioning Group of a leading financial services organization. This team is responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure provisioning automation, managing hybrid platforms (on-premises and cloud), and enabling application teams to accelerate time to market. The role emphasizes Infrastructure as Code, automation tooling, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily stand-ups and agile two-week sprints.
• Work on Jira tasks and stories to deliver automation solutions.
• Collaborate in working sessions with engineering teams to design scalable provisioning workflows.
• Partner with teams outside the core group to align solutions with enterprise needs.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of automation for server provisioning and service enablement.

Required Technical Skills
