Sr Channel Manager - AHU and Fab
Position Overview:
Sr Channel Manager - AHU and Fab – AHUs & Fab Services will drive and deliver profitable business outcomes for AC Corporation. The role has four primary deliverables for AHUs and custom fabrication services: establish and drive a AHU sales Agent Partner network based on synergy, support the Crete United network of partners and drive Endorsed Partner (EP) opportunities, establish and develop strategic direct customer relationships.
Agent Partner Network Deliverables:
- Identify and develop contractual Agent Partner (AP) relationships prioritizing synergy in total fab solutions where existing.
- Develop design checklist to share with APs based on deliverables needed by AC Corp Custom AHU design/support team.
- Manage and hold accountable Agent Partners to deliver quality opportunities and sell AC Corporation AHUs and fab services based on value and performance.
- Establish, measure, and communicate performance to plan, including metrics, to Agent Partners and internal stakeholders at regular intervals.
- Understands drivers of gaps to achieving plan and quickly addresses those areas until resolved or replace Agent Partners who underperform.
Crete United Endorsed Partner Deliverables:
- Acts as an advocate and solutions expert to sales staff and customers across the Crete United EP network.
- Coach and help identify Cross-Sell opportunities and foster communication across company partners to deliver customers completely solutions that deliver value.
- Involved in escalations when customer expectations are not being met.
Develop and drive direct Strategic Customer list:
- Directly engage and drive relationship, expectations, reviews, and road mapping for a limited list of strategic customers.
- Regularly update customers of any actions related to mutual business engagements and serve as primary point of contact to address and resolve requests or questions.
General Deliverables:
- Identifies and addresses trends in market, key customer issues, and competitive issues.
- Works closely with leadership of Estimating/Service/Project Management to assure team is providing comprehensive data needed to expedite bid proposal delivery.
- Builds bridges across company or partner key stakeholder teams (silos) to bring capabilities and talent in alignment with customer needs that impact AC Corporation and partner business outcomes.

Skills and Experience:
- REQUIRED - 7+ years of AHU sales experience within the heavy commercial/industrial Construction (MEP) industry; custom AHUs
- Outstanding coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Creative Problem-Solving and negotiation aptitude
- Proven ability to contribute consistently and positively.
- Ability to effectively communicate with leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
- Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
- Salesforce experience .
- BA in business administration/BS in Mechanical Engineering, or similar relevant field experience
