Seeking an experienced Sr. Data Center Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through closeout. Must excel in safety, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Location: Holly Ridge, LA

Pay: $58-$62

Responsibilities

• Manage daytoday construction activities and project schedules

• Maintain scope, budget, and timelines

• Enforce safety and quality standards

• Handle change management and documentation

• Oversee cost forecasting, contracts, and vendor performance

• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones

Requirements

• Strong data and analytics skills

• Knowledge of construction safety and regulations

• Experience with estimating, engineering, and construction methods

• Understanding of construction accounting and cost control

• Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura

• Highly organized and adaptable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years in construction management

• Data center or structured cabling experience

• Experience with GMP, designbuild, fixed price, etc.
