GEORGE MCKENNA ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

What You’ll Do:
\n
- \n
- Lead and oversee electrical field operations across multiple commercial projects
- Supervise and mentor Superintendents, Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and subcontractors
- Develop manpower plans and ensure projects remain on schedule
- Review blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor labor productivity, quality, and job-site performance
- Identify and resolve field conflicts and construction issues
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Coordinate inspections, materials, equipment, and workforce needs
- Partner with Project Managers, General Contractors, clients, and inspectors
- Maintain strong customer relationships and represent GME professionally

What You’ll Bring:
\n
- \n
- 10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
- 10+ years as an Electrical Superintendent or senior field leader
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and the NEC
- Proven experience leading multiple field teams and large commercial projects
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the DFW area

- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with large commercial, healthcare, data center, industrial, education, or municipal projects
- Experience with $5M+ electrical project scopes
