Senior HVAC Technician, Data Center | West Metro Atlanta, GA | Direct Hire

Innovien is supporting mission-critical facilities operations at a large-scale data center in metro Atlanta, and we're hiring three Senior HVAC Technicians to keep the cooling infrastructure that protects business-critical systems running around the clock. If you have deep industrial or commercial mechanical experience and want into one of the fastest-growing corners of the trade, this is the seat. You don't need prior data center experience to get in the door: an experienced site lead will train you on the critical-environment side.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair in-rack hydronic cooling systems, CRAC units, and DX equipment
• Service and troubleshoot RTUs, AHUs, packaged units, split systems, and VRF/mini-splits
• Monitor pump performance, flow rates, and equipment alarms, responding to temperature and humidity deviations
• Document work orders, maintenance logs, and compliance records to critical-environment standards
• Escalate equipment issues and support root-cause troubleshooting alongside the site lead

What You Bring

• 7+ years hands-on mechanical HVAC experience in industrial, commercial, or highly critical environments
• Preventive maintenance experience on CRAC units, RTUs, AHUs, packaged units, and split systems
• Experience inspecting and servicing in-rack hydronic cooling systems
• Hands-on experience with VRF or mini-split systems
• Pump performance and flow rate monitoring
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Nice to Have

• Prior data center or critical facility experience
• Hands-on experience with DX (direct expansion) equipment
• Union background

• Onsite, West Metro Atlanta, GA
• Direct hire, full-time hourly (non-exempt) with time-and-a-half overtime
• Union benefits package
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, occasional weekends if needed
