About GTI Energy
GTI Energy, a division of GTI Fabrication, is an industry leader in modular industrial fabrication, serving energy, defense, and heavy manufacturing markets. With facilities in Arizona and New York, GTI designs and builds mission-critical infrastructure such as modular data centers, enclosed battery systems, and energy storage units.
As part of GTI’s continued growth, we are seeking a Program Manager, Capacity & Demand Planning to develop, manage, and scale the company’s integrated planning discipline — connecting demand forecasting, production capacity, and industrial engineering strategy into a unified operational roadmap.
Position Overview
The Program Manager, Capacity & Demand Planning will serve as a cross-functional leader responsible for aligning customer demand, production capabilities, materials availability, and labor resources. This position will work closely with operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, and manufacturing leadership to ensure GTI’s facilities operate at optimal efficiency and readiness for rapid growth.
This role requires a strategic problem-solver with a strong background in manufacturing program management, capacity modeling, and production planning systems. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience driving integrated operations programs across high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments.
