An R&D project manager is a key person in a research and development project. They are responsible for managing the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of R&D projects. They are responsible for the success of the project, and for coordinating teams at every stage of the product life-cycle.
\n
\n
Primary Responsibilities
\n
\n
1. Define project objectives and develop a detailed project plan in line with customer requirements;
\n
2. Ensure compliance with project deadlines and costs, and manage human and financial resources;
\n
3. Manage team members and supervise their work;
\n
4. Collaborate with other R&D project managers and support departments to ensure smooth integration of projects;
\n
5. Identify potential risks and draw up action plans to counter them;
\n
6. Evaluate risks and benefits at each stage of the project and ensure consistency;
\n
7. Participate in meetings and lead discussions with customers to define their requirements and expectations;
\n
8. Ensure communication between project members and consistency of information;
\n
9. Make presentations at events and seminars to promote the project and results;
\n
10. Provide updates on progress and problems encountered, ensure the quality of results and propose solutions to problems that may arise.

Qualifications
\n
\n
1. Bachelor degree with learning experience in computer science, industry/business management and other related disciplines;
\n
2. More than 7 years related work experience;
\n
3. Independent thinking, teamwork, communication and coordination ability;
\n
4. Familiar with x86 project development process, cloud computing, storage, network product structure;
\n
5. Strong ability to withstand pressure;
\n
6. Experience in server ODM project development is .
