Senior Scheduler – Build the Future of Data Centers (IAD Region)

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Scheduler to help steer one of the biggest data center construction projects in the IAD region. You’ll be the timekeeper, the planner, and the person everyone turns to when they ask, “When’s that going to be done?”

This isn’t your average desk job — you’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to keep multi-phase projects humming across design, procurement, and construction. If you thrive on detail, deadlines, and delivering results, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Craft and manage detailed schedules in Primavera P6 that keep billion-dollar builds on track.
• Sync up with engineering, procurement, and construction teams like a scheduling superhero.
• Spot risks before they happen and design clever recovery plans.
• Juggle multiple timelines across different projects without breaking a sweat.
• Build progress reports and forecasts that make leadership go, “Wow.”
• Tie in cost and resource data for smart project control decisions.
• Own the critical path — and make sure everyone knows where it leads.
