Our successful Systems Administrator will manage the design, development, build, implementation, utilization maintenance and ongoing operations of all aspects of the Server environment. Assess the current IT environment providing appropriate technical solutions to address business challenges related to data center optimization. Design of IT Infrastructure solutions based on requirements from the business, making use of existing IT capabilities and services in the company. Understand the business and application requirement and translate it into an Infrastructure solution. In-depth knowledge on working of ESX Server & vCenter Server , MS Server 2012, Server 2008, VMware 5.1, Xen Server etc. Develop, plan , design and Build VMware DRS, VMware HA, System Fault Tolerance , Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning for Physical and Virtual Machines in Production and Non Production. Develop Strategy, Planning of Capacity issues on Compute resources like CPU, Memory and Storage. Document best practices in developing and deploying VMware solutions, and feed them into our knowledge base. Conduct Workshops with IT Team, Business groups for DC Planning on Virtualization, Migration Strategies and Transformation Solutions.
