Are you a systems-thinker who thrives on making complex marketing organizations run at peak velocity? At AWS, we're seeking a Marketing Manager who can operationalize world-class product marketing across our AI app and agent building products including Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and Strands.
AWS needs operators who can connect the dots across launches, campaigns, events, and measurement — ensuring our product marketing teams focus on what they do best while the engine beneath them runs flawlessly. In this role, you'll serve as the operational connective tissue between product marketing and key partner marketing teams including demand , account-based marketing, content studio, events, and launch operations.
We're looking for a unique blend of program manager and marketing operator — someone who can orchestrate launches, coordinate field enablement, manage analyst engagement, and build the measurement mechanisms that prove marketing impact. You'll partner with Product Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure every launch lands on time, every campaign is resourced, and every result is measured.

Key job responsibilities
Partner with demand , account-based marketing, content studio, events, and launch operations teams on campaign and program activation, ensuring seamless handoffs between product marketing strategy and execution
Coordinate launch execution logistics across all products, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination
Own customer advocacy program operations across segments, including reference pipeline management, and case study production.
Execute field enablement operations for launches, including training coordination, materials distribution, and adoption tracking
Own marketing measurement, reporting, and mechanisms including Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and launch scorecards
Manage cross-team first- and third-party event responsibilities including session management, keynote coordination, and logistics across industry events
Coordinate the team's engagement with the Analyst Relations team, including briefing logistics, research intake, and ensuring PMM alignment on analyst-facing narratives
