Job Title: Semi-Static BMS Service Engineer\nLocation: Central London (3 days on-site, 2 days mobile)\n\nOverview:\nWe are seeking a skilled BMS Service Engineer to join our team in a semi-static role based in Central London. This position offers a balanced working pattern, with three days per week on a prestigious client site and two days supporting additional sites across London or working remotely where applicable.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on BMS systems\n\n * \n\n Diagnose and repair faults across a range of BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider)\n\n * \n\n Perform system upgrades, modifications, and small works\n\n * \n\n Monitor system performance and optimise energy efficiency\n\n * \n\n Liaise with clients on-site, providing technical support and updates\n\n * \n\n Produce detailed service reports and documentation\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with health & safety standards\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of major BMS systems (Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)\n\n * \n\n Electrical or controls engineering background\n\n * \n\n Ability to fault-find and work independently\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and client-facing skills\n\nDesirable:\n\n * \n\n Relevant BMS or electrical qualifications\n\n * \n\n Experience working in commercial buildings (offices, data centres, hospitals, etc.)\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of HVAC systems and energy management\n\nPackage:\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary (depending on experience)\n\n * \n\n car allowance\n\n * \n\n Pension scheme\n\n * \n\n Overtime opportunities\n\n * \n\n Training and development support\n\n * \n\n Free meals and gym on site\n\nWorking Pattern:\n\n * \n\n 3 days per week on a central London site\n\n * \n\n 2 days per week mobile across London or flexible working\n\nIf you're looking for a role that combines stability with variety, this is a great opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking team
