Stevenage | 12 Month Contract | ASAP Start

We are seeking a Storage Engineer to join an established 2nd/3rd Line team supporting critical enterprise infrastructure across multiple data centres within a highly secure environment.

\n

Active SC or DV Clearance required.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Support and administer NetApp storage environments.

\n

• Manage Cohesity backup platforms and ensure system availability.

\n

• Provide 2nd and 3rd Line support for storage and backup infrastructure.

\n

• Administer and troubleshoot NAS/SAN environments.

\n

• Support VMware integration with storage platforms.

\n

• Perform upgrades, maintenance, incident resolution and root cause analysis.

\n

• Manage change requests and contribute to service improvements.

\n

Essential Skills

\n

\n
• Strong experience with NetApp Storage.

\n

• Experience supporting Cohesity backup solutions.

\n

• Good understanding of NAS/SAN technologies.

\n

• VMware (vSphere/ESXi) administration experience.

\n

• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.

\n

• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

\n

\n
