Bosch Building Technologies Integrator Business
The regional system integration business called Bosch Building Technologies offers solutions and customized services for building security, energy efficiency, and building automation for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects Bosch started its Integrator Business in North America through the acquisition of Climatec in 2015. Climatec expanded Bosch’s role as a comprehensive supplier of energy, building automation and security solutions. Climatec is recognized in the building industry as an independent single-source integrator of critical building systems including energy services, building automation and security & life safety in the U.S. market. The company provides consulting, planning, implementation and 24/7 remote management. Climatec is active in several market segments and industries including data centers, commercial real estate buildings, and federal, state, and local government. Climatec has operated as an independent entity, maintaining its offices in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas, New York, and New Jersey. Climatec continues to represent and integrate numerous leading manufactures’ product lines across its wide range of services, including Bosch products. In 2023, Bosch acquired Canadian-based security integrator Paladin Technologies. Merging Paladin Technologies and Climatec will significantly expand Bosch’s Integrator Business in North America. Today the combined entity of Bosch Building Technologies (previously Climatec and Paladin Technologies) represents over $800M in revenues and 2800 associates. Utilizing the strengths of both companies, Bosch offers its customers a complete portfolio of networked and efficient energy, building automation and security solutions.
Job Summary:
You will drive strategic and account growth in alignment with the organization’s overall targets for assigned region(s) by promoting Paladin's service offerings that include new or upgraded technology for installation, design, and service. In this role, you serve as a Paladin brand ambassador, , and coach, actively representing the organization in the market while developing high-value client and partner relationships.
This role is not geographically limited; however you are expected to focus on the driving business in the California market.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with target sectors and client profiles.
- Propose and present new security solutions including access control and video management systems, design, service, and monitoring services.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle — from lead to proposal development and final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain meaningful connections with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations to secure profitable relationships.
- Ensure smooth handoff of new accounts to sales and operations teams for ongoing service, growth and long-term account success.
- Lead discovery meetings, develop customized service proposals, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Lead the execution of and strategic account opportunities
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasting, and revenue using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Support RFP responses, pricing models, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, representing Paladin at industry events, conferences, and client-facing engagements.
- Develop and deliver highly effective messaging on Paladin’s capabilities to potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Build and maintain a strong regional and network, ensuring market visibility and access to opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Sales peers, as well as regional operational teams, to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
- Foster deeper relationships with consultants, product partners, and key stakeholders in the market.
- Provide timely and accurate response to customers’ required proposal and/or bid circumstance
- Identify and meet with external client decision-makers to learn their needs and current vendors
- Follow up on all sales leads and maintain customer notes for future opportunities and forecasting.
- Contribute to profitable growth and client service solutions.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and account status.
- Monitor competitive landscape for changing security technology and trends to ensure Paladin’s offerings are leading edge and to add value to our clients through leveraging their existing technology.
- Sales Min Target Threshold: Minimum of $12 million annually.

Required Qualifications:
- A proven track record with 10 years of experience in senior-level business development, ideally within security, integration, or services-based industries.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and a consultative, solutions-based selling style.
- Executive presence and the ability to inspire trust and credibility with clients and internal teams.
- A collaborative, relationship-first approach that reflects Paladin’s values of service, community, and integrity.
- Progressively senior experience as shown by 10 years of experience in a technical sales environment servicing commercial accounts in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with ever-changing technology.
- Experience in security, electronics, telecommunications, networking, construction or IT.
- Experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders.
- Ability to travel while managing and growing the sales territory.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education: University degree in Business is .
- Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting.
- Prior knowledge of the tools, processes, and technologies used in the security industry.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills.

Additional Information:
- Compensation: $150,000 - $200,00 (DOE)
- Working Hours: This position generally works Monday- Friday, overtime and on call when necessary
