Hiring: Structural Designer | Hillsboro, OR (Onsite)

We're seeking an experienced Structural Designer to join a leading engineering and design team supporting large-scale industrial and commercial projects.

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Contract Duration: Long-term assignment

Experience Required: 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop structural design models and construction documentation

✔ Create plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules

✔ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines

✔ Conduct design reviews and quality checks of drawings and models

✔ Support field surveys and incorporate existing site conditions into designs

✔ Assist in resolving design conflicts and technical challenges

✔ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers

Required Skills:

✅ Strong experience in structural design within consulting, EPC/EPCM, industrial, or commercial environments

✅ Advanced proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD

✅ Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam

✅ Knowledge of building codes, standards, and industry best practices

✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate across disciplines

Experience:

⭐ Industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, life sciences, energy, power , or data center projects

⭐ Large multidisciplinary capital projects

⭐ Lead designer or area lead responsibilities on complex projects
