The Work: From Mainstream to Esoteric

You will work across a diverse and recession-resilient portfolio of asset classes, including:

  • Market-Leading Securitizations: Lead on RMBS, ABS, and CLO transactions that set the benchmark for liquidity and risk management.
  • Innovative Financing: Navigate warehouse lending, repurchase agreements, and total return swaps.
  • Esoteric Assets: Gain experience in "frontier" assets, including solar loans, cell-phone contracts, IP royalties, and digital infrastructure/AI data center financing.
  • Strategic Counseling: Advise on the lifecycle of a transaction—from initial warehousing and structuring to regulatory compliance and GP-led restructurings.

The Candidate Profile

  • The Experience: Highly qualified Midlevel (3+ years), Senior Associates, or Of Counsel with a proven track record in a large law firm's corporate or finance group.
  • The Specialty: While a background in Structured Finance and Securitization is highly , they are also looking for top-tier Finance/Corporate attorneys with the intellectual agility to pivot into the RMBS/ABS/CLO space.
  • The Credentials: Excellent academic credentials and an active Bar membership in the jurisdiction of your chosen office (IL, NY, PA, or DC).
  • The Mindset: They value "problem-solvers" who can navigate the complexities of ERISA, the UCC, and evolving SEC/EU securitization regulations.
