Title: Project Superintendent

Location: North Wales, PA

Market Experience: Industrial, Data Centers, Cold Storage, Manufacturing

Salary Range: $130K-$140K

Duties & Responsibilitie

• s:Support Superintendents in all phases—from pre-construction through closeo
• utAssist with schedule development and updating using MS Proje
• ctHelp manage subcontractor bids, prequalifications and scop
• esCoordinate permits and compliance with bond and insurance requiremen
• tsAttend pre-construction meetings and support jobsite setup activiti
• esSupport document reviews, shop drawing approvals, and specification complian

Skills & Qualificatio

• ns:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experien
• ce)2–4 years of experience in commercial/industrial construct
• ionFamiliarity with project scheduling and construction documentation Proficiency
