We're partnering with several established electrical contractors to fill multiple Electrical Superintendent roles supporting medium voltage construction across Mission Critical, Commercial, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors. Positions range from local roles based in Ohio and Indiana to travel-based assignments nationwide, including opportunities on high voltage projects for experienced candidates.

About the Roles
\n
\n
As an Electrical Superintendent, you'll oversee day-to-day field operations on complex electrical construction projects — managing crews, coordinating trades, enforcing safety and quality standards, and keeping work on schedule. Depending on your background, you may be placed on a project aligned with your specific sector experience (data centers/mission critical, commercial, industrial, or healthcare).

We're hiring for a mix of:

- \n
- Local positions – Indiana and Ohio based
- Traveling positions – project-based assignments across multiple states
- High voltage traveling positions – for candidates with HV project experience
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Oversee daily field operations for medium (and in some cases high) voltage electrical construction projects
- Supervise and direct electricians, foremen, and subcontractor crews on site
- Coordinate work sequencing with other trades and general contractors
- Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company standards
- Monitor productivity, manpower, and material needs to keep the project on schedule and within budget
- Conduct daily/weekly progress reporting and communicate issues to the Project Manager
- Review drawings, specs, and RFIs to ensure accurate field execution
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and quality inspections
- Mentor foremen and field staff as needed

Requirements
\n
- \n
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent on medium voltage projects
- Sector experience in one or more of: Mission Critical/Data Centers, Commercial, Industrial, or Healthcare construction
- Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, NEC codes, and safety standards
- Experience managing field crews, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- For travel/high voltage roles: willingness to travel to project sites as required
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
