Job Title: Electrical Project Superintendent & Senior Project Superintendent (Ashburn, Virginia)

Location: Ashburn, Virginia

The Company

Looking for your next big challenge? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to join our mission critical construction team in Sterling, VA. You’ll take the lead on all field operations, build a culture of safety on-site, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with the Project Manager to deliver a successful project — on schedule and on budget.

The Position

• Lead and supervise subcontractors and field crews
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies
• Coordinate field activities and schedule subcontractor work
• Prepare and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules
• Update project schedules using construction scheduling software
• Assist in subcontractor buyout and selection
• Communicate with owners, designers, and engineers to resolve issues
• Ensure accurate and timely project documentation
• Mentor and support field staff to promote growth and learning
• Foster a collaborative, positive jobsite environment

Could This Role Be For You?

• 5+ years as a Project Superintendent
• Electrical background required
• Experience with data center projects
• Skilled at reading and interpreting construction documents
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and materials
• Excellent communicator and team leader
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (and ability to learn project-specific software)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
