We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site execution of data center construction projects in Ohio. This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspections, and deliveries
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Maintain site reports, logs, and schedule updates
• Enforce safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks
• Monitor quality control and support punch list completion
• Collaborate with Project Managers to meet project milestones

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial/industrial construction
• Data center, mission-critical, or MEP-intensive project experience
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety codes, and drawings
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
• OSHA 30 certification
