SUMMARY

We are seeking a Site Superintendent to serve as the on-site leader responsible for overseeing the delivery, inspection, and installation of engineered power packaging equipment across multiple project locations. This individual will act as the face of the organization in the field, ensuring all installations, customer interactions, and site activities reflect the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. This role requires significant travel and the ability to operate independently while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee on-site delivery, inspection, installation, and field execution of generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and related power packaging equipment
  • Serve as the primary field contact for customers, contractors, riggers, installers, and internal project teams
  • Inspect incoming equipment, verify shipped materials, document issues, and communicate discrepancies or damage
  • Review drawings, site plans, installation documents, and electrical schematics to support field execution
  • Provide technical leadership to crews and help resolve installation, quality, and punch-list issues in real time
  • Support electrical-related field work involving breakers, transformers, contactors, wiring, phasing, and applicable electrical codes
  • Ensure safety, quality, customer requirements, and site compliance standards are followed
  • Provide consistent reporting, including daily updates, documentation, photos, and progress notes across customer platforms
  • Coordinate with warranty, startup, engineering, project management, and customer teams through project closeout
  • Maintain professionalism, morale, and customer confidence during heavy travel and demanding field conditions

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in field supervision, construction, mechanical/electrical installation, commissioning, or technical field environments
  • Ability to read, understand, or interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, site plans, and installation documents
  • Familiarity with breakers, transformers, contactors, RST/phasing, high- and low-voltage wiring, wiring colors, and electrical codes
  • Experience in or closely aligned with power packaging, generator enclosures, E-Houses, data centers, modular power systems, switchgear, industrial electrical systems, or similar technical field environments
  • Strong ability to lead experienced crews, earn technical respect, and keep teams aligned in demanding field conditions
  • Excellent communication, customer-facing, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong reporting discipline with the ability to provide consistent updates, documentation, photos, and progress reports across multiple platforms
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to operate independently in the field with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Valid driver's license required
  • High school diploma required; technical, trade, or electrical certification
