A high-growth organisation is hiring a Director of Inventory Management to build scalable processes and improve inventory performance across multiple locations.
\n
\n
The role will lead inventory controls, reporting, process improvement, and the implementation of an enterprise-wide management system.
\n
\n
What You’ll Be Doing
\n
- \n
- Senior experience in multisite inventory or supply-chain operations
- Strong experience with ERP or inventory-management platforms
- Proven success implementing controls and improving inventory accuracy
- Comfortable supporting distributed operational teams and travelling regularly

\n

\n
\n
What We’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- 7+ years’ experience across inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain
- Hands-on experience with ERP inventory systems - NetSuite experience strongly
- Experience leading system implementations or operational change across multiple locations
- Strong inventory controls, auditing, reporting, and analytical skills
- Comfortable partnering with geographically dispersed operational teams
- Willingness to travel regularly across company sites
- Experience within data centres, energy infrastructure, mining, electronics, or another industrial environment
- CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification would be advantageous
