Position Overview:
ServerLIFT, LLC, the preeminent name in equipment handling for the global data center industry for over twenty years, is seeking a Supply Chain Process Specialist. The Supply Chain Process Specialist is responsible for developing, documenting, and implementing efficient supply chain processes across procurement, ordering, receiving, warehousing, and shipping. This role works closely with the Supply Chain Manager and operations teams to ensure processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map, document, and implement standardized processes for procurement, ordering, receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
- Support ERP/MRP setup, data accuracy, and process flows related to supply chain functions.
- Develop and maintain a Plan for Every Part (PFEP).
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and recommend process improvements to reduce variances.
- Develop reporting and KPIs for supply chain activities.
- Provide training and support to warehouse and procurement staff on new procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP and warehouse management systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ISO systems is a plus.
- Supply chain experience in procurement and production planning is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and process-improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Knowledge of assembly plant processes required.
