CSP, Inc. is seeking a passionate and energetic Systems Engineer to provide technical expertise to our growing client-base. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys making strategic recommendations, working with a broad set of technologies, and engaging with people.
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
· Serve as an escalation resource to CSP’s help desk for advanced troubleshooting needs
· Optimize client IT environments through root-cause analysis, technical consultation, and implementation of best practices
· Provide technical leadership via the design and implementation of cloud, security, and networking solutions for our clients
· Perform technology assessments and make recommendations to minimize risks and maximize productivity in client environments
· Build trusting relationships and provide proactive, strategic communication with clients

Qualifications (What We Need from You):
· 5+ years progressive experience in the support of information technology solutions
· A broad technical foundation including a strong understanding of the following solution sets: Cloud technologies (including Microsoft 365), IT security solutions, Microsoft server administration, networking (Cisco Meraki), and Microsoft desktop OS to name a few.
· Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
· Critical thinking skills to analyze a company’s IT environment and make prudent recommendations for improvement
· Ability to analyze, research and lead the trouble-shooting efforts of complex IT problem
· Ability to positively contribute to a dynamic and exciting team environment
