Reports to: Senior Plant HR Manager

Supervisory Responsibility: Talent Acquisition Team

Location: Fort Worth, TX.

Summary

The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing and executing full-cycle recruitment activities to support organizational hiring goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to conduct intake calls, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish. The Recruiting Manager will play a key role in driving recruitment initiatives, improving processes, and maintaining a high standard of candidate experience while building and leading a strong recruitment team aligned with company objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Manage and execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles — including intake calls, sourcing, screening and interviewing.
  • Lead intake meetings to define recruiting strategies, clarify timelines, and establish communication expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and referral .
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and transparent process management.
  • Partners with department heads and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Analyzes recruitment metrics and reports findings to senior management.
  • Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including initiatives.
  • Administers pre-employment tests to applicants.
  • Guide and support a team of recruiters by providing training, feedback, and day-to-day operational direction.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning and organizational goals.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities remain compliant with company policies and employment law.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting tools, systems, and processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.

Work Environment

This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at fabrication shops and job sites.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require occasional weekend work.

Required Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience; 3 of those as a manager in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with recruiting analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience

  • PHR certification.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.

Travel

Less than 10% of travel is expected for this role.

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the USA.
