What You Will Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, manufacturing, and corporate roles

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs, success profiles, and hiring plans

  • Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through outbound, referrals, and networks

  • Manage candidate pipelines with speed, clarity, and consistency

  • Run a best-in-class candidate experience — timely updates, clear expectations, thoughtful communication

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and hiring decisions efficiently

  • Maintain accurate, real-time data in our ATS and internal tracking systems

  • Identify hiring bottlenecks and propose process improvements

  • Help shape recruiting strategy, employer brand, and talent processes as we scale

  • Represent viaPhoton with professionalism, warmth, and high standards at every touchpoint

  • Strong written and verbal communication — clear, confident, and human

  • Excellent organizational discipline and attention to detail

  • Sound judgment and the ability to balance speed with quality

  • Comfort managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and evolving environments

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn technical and operational roles deeply

  • Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting (startup or high-growth environments a plus)
