Position Overview
GTI Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor to build and lead the systems, processes, reporting, and infrastructure that power recruiting performance across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end recruiting engine, enabling high-volume hiring execution, and driving consistency across multiple sites and recruiting teams.
The Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor will partner closely with Recruiting leadership, HR, and Operations to improve hiring workflows, ATS utilization, reporting, interview processes, and candidate experience. This role requires a process-driven operator who can design scalable solutions, implement structure, and improve execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
ATS Ownership & System Optimization
• Own and optimize GTI’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including workflows, pipelines, templates, automations, and integrations
• Build and maintain standardized recruiting processes across all locations and job types
• Ensure strong ATS discipline, data integrity, and reporting accuracy across recruiting teams
• Continuously improve system utilization and adoption across recruiters and hiring managers
Recruiting Process Design & Standardization
• Design, implement, and refine end-to-end recruiting workflows from intake through hire
• Build scalable, repeatable hiring processes for high-volume hourly roles and professional positions
• Develop standardized interview stages, feedback loops, and approval workflows
• Eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and delays in the hiring process
Interview Process & Hiring Manager Enablement
• Develop structured interview frameworks including Core Value questions, technical evaluation criteria, and scorecards
• Build and deploy interview feedback forms aligned to GTI’s hiring standards
• Create candidate Interview Prep Guides to improve interview quality and outcomes
• Design and deliver Hiring Manager Interview Training programs including STAR methodology and best practices
Reporting, Analytics & KPI Management
• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards tracking KPIs including time-to-fill, time-to-start, pipeline conversion, interview volume, offer acceptance, and recruiter productivity
• Provide executive-level reporting on hiring performance across sites and functions
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve recruiting outcomes
• Enable data-driven decision-making across Talent Acquisition leadership
High-Volume Recruiting Infrastructure
• Build systems and processes to support 300+ open requisitions across multiple plants
• Improve candidate flow, interview scheduling efficiency, and hiring velocity
• Support large-scale hiring events, campaigns, and workforce ramp strategies
• Ensure alignment between recruiting execution and plant staffing demand
Sourcing Strategy & Market Intelligence
• Build and maintain Competitor Hit Lists for key roles and markets
• Support sourcing strategy development with data, tools, and market insights
• Improve sourcing effectiveness across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms
• Enable recruiters with tools, templates, and best practices for sourcing execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Recruiting, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams to align hiring processes with business needs
• Support workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and plant ramp strategies
• Coordinate with HRIS, IT, and external vendors on system integrations and improvements
Process Improvement & Project Management
• Lead TA Ops projects including ATS enhancements, workflow redesign, reporting upgrades, and system implementations
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment for recruiting-related initiatives
• Continuously improve candidate experience, hiring manager experience, and recruiter efficiency
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure recruiting processes comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
• Maintain proper documentation, audit readiness, and process controls
• Standardize offer processes, approvals, and documentation practices
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or similar role
• Strong experience with ATS systems (Lever, Greenhouse, ADP, or similar)
• Experience building recruiting processes, workflows, and scalable systems
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
Qualifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or high-growth environments
• Experience with multi-site recruiting operations
• Strong Excel, data visualization, or BI tool experience
• Experience building interview frameworks, scorecards, and hiring manager training programs
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP or Workday
• Experience in hyper-growth or plant ramp environments strongly
