We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter to join our dynamic team focused on filling mid-level roles primarily in the construction sector. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle while collaborating closely with stakeholders and leveraging various recruitment platforms including PAYCOM and other sourcing tools. This role offers opportunities for growth into senior and specialized recruitment positions.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates effectively for mid-level construction roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Screen applicants to ensure alignment with role requirements
• Post job openings on job boards and recruitment platforms
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to understand and fulfill talent needs
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including PAYCOM for candidate management

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience in talent acquisition and candidate relationship management
• Bilingual (Spanish) fluency
