Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for facilities operations positions supporting a rapidly growing data center organization.
  • \n

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs, hiring priorities, and operational requirements across facilities and critical infrastructure teams.
  • \n

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent for technical and operational roles, including facilities technicians, critical environment personnel, maintenance professionals, project managers, and operational support staff.
  • \n

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and external recruiting platforms.
  • \n

  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • \n

  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and established hiring processes.
  • \n

  • Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress while providing regular updates to hiring managers and leadership.
  • \n

  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and hiring teams to continuously improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.
  • \n

  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities as needed.
  • \n

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • \n

Day to Day Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for facilities operations and infrastructure-related positions.
  • \n

  • Conduct recruiter phone screens to assess technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
  • \n

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • \n

  • Manage candidate communications throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize open requisitions, provide market feedback, and develop recruiting strategies.
  • \n

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines.
  • \n

  • Maintain recruiting data, candidate notes, interview feedback, and hiring status within the ATS.
  • \n

  • Generate recruiting reports and provide updates on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring activity.
  • \n

  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate pre-employment requirements and new hire onboarding.
  • \n

  • Participate in recruiting meetings, workforce planning discussions, and process improvement initiatives.
  • \n

Experience and Attributes

\n

    \n
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • \n

  • Experience recruiting for facilities operations, construction, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, field services, or data center environments is strongly .
  • \n

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • \n

  • Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, networking, referrals, and passive candidate outreach.
  • \n

  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar systems.
  • \n

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n

  • Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining recruiting documentation, compliance, and hiring records.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and candidate experience principles.
  • \n

  • Experience supporting recruiting initiatives within fast-growing, operations-driven organizations is highly .
