If so, Mission Critical Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to be a true recruiting rock star—owning the full recruitment lifecycle and helping us build a high-performing workforce that lives our values.
This full-time role can work from: Harleysville or West Chester, PA; Stone Mountain, GA; Belle Chasse, LA; or Bay St. Louis, MS.
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the center of our growth to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent at all levels of the organization. This is how:
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and define clear, compelling job requirements
- Create and refine job descriptions that reflect both role expectations and DVM’s culture
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
- Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and events to find top talent
- Craft targeted outreach that actually gets responses
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Manage interview logistics and ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience
- Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Assist with offer preparation, salary discussions, and negotiations
- Partner with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Support employer branding efforts and promote MCG as a great place to work
- Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices
Work Environment & Travel
- Office-based role with a professional, collaborative environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
- Occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs.)
- Ability to travel between MCG locations; some overnight travel may be required
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and attention-to-detail skills
- Confidence using ATS platforms, recruiting tools, job boards, and social media sourcing
- Experience working within an HRIS environment
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple requisitions with ease
- A candidate-first mindset and passion for delivering an outstanding hiring experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of successful in-house talent acquisition or recruitment experience for a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Proven success sourcing high-caliber candidates across multiple levels and functions
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or similar) is a plus
