POSITION SUMMARY:

This provides hands-on experience supporting talent development initiatives, contributing to the design of key development initiatives, alignment of learning data to structured development paths, and standardization of training plans across the organization. This position offers practical exposure to how learning strategies are developed and implemented.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Functions:

  • Contribute to the design and development of training programs, with a focus on customer service and employee experience.
  • Compile and organize training completion data to improve visibility and tracking across the organization.
  • Map existing training content to defined learning paths for key roles
  • Review and standardize training plans to improve consistency, clarity, and usability.
  • Build and update role-based training plans to support employee development across departments.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team on ongoing initiatives and project work.
  • Maintain training documentation, materials, and content updates as needed.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Interest in talent development, learning experience design, or employee development

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
