This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sourcer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping early-career talent strategy at a company scaling at hyperspeed.
What You’ll Do:

- Partner with the Talent Programs & Events Manager to deliver a high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Represent CoreWeave at campus and talent events, helping to build relationships with universities and student communities
- Support employer branding efforts tied to early-career engagement
Coordination & Operations
- Partner closely with Recruiters to ensure smooth candidate handoffs, scheduling, and communication
- Maintain accurate data and reporting across ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (Gem), and project tracking tools (Asana)
- Contribute to process improvements across sourcing, early careers programs, and event execution
- Use data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve pipeline outcomes
Who You Are:
- 3+ of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, campus recruiting, or talent programs, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment
- Experience supporting early-career or campus hiring initiatives
- Strong sourcing fundamentals, including Boolean search, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement
- Comfortable balancing hands-on sourcing with event execution and coordination
- Experience with Gem (CRM), Greenhouse (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Asana (project management)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Curious, proactive, and energized by working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred:
- Experience sourcing for technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, or cloud-related roles)
- Exposure to early careers programs, internships, or university partnerships
- Experience supporting or executing recruiting events or employer branding initiatives
- Familiarity with talent analytics or using data to inform sourcing strategies
