Technical Business Analyst Application Migration Programme Location: London/Dubai \n Employment Type: Contract - 6 months rolling \n Were looking for a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to join a large-scale infrastructure & application migration programme . Assess applications: analyse architecture, dependencies, integrations, and risks. \n Define migration strategies: rehost, replatform, refactor, or retire.

\n Manage dependencies & risks: map inter-application impacts, sequence migrations, and track blockers. \n Produce high-quality documentation: assessment reports, migration paths, dependency matrices. \n Proven experience as a Business Analyst in infrastructure or application migration programmes .

\n Strong understanding of application architectures, hosting models (UNIX/Linux, Windows, middleware, databases). \n Exposure to data centre, hybrid, or cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, private cloud). \n Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, JIRA, PowerPoint .

\n Financial services or regulated industry experience. \n Knowledge of networks, infrastructure fundamentals, and distributed systems.
