Technical Full Lifecycle Recruiter, AWS Database & Analytics Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Technical Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our AWS Database & Analytics recruiting team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent for our rapidly growing database and analytics services.

Key job responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and principal-level engineers, data scientists, and technical leaders across AWS database and analytics services (e.g., RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, EMR, Athena, Glue)
* Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of passive candidates
* Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
* Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process, serving as a trusted advisor
* Market Intelligence: Provide data-driven insights on talent market trends, compensation bench-marking, and competitive landscape
* Process Improvement: Drive recruiting metrics, optimize hiring processes, and implement best practices
